This policy explains what information is processed when using the FantasyRacing game, the purposes for which it is used, and how you can make inquiries regarding it.

Game-Related Information
Game progress, virtual currency balance, cars and their upgrades, race records, settings (sound, image quality, controls), and your chosen display name are stored in the device's local memory. This information is used to maintain progress and enable game features. Your display name does not need to be your real name.

The game does not require a dedicated user account to access its core features. The Google account used for payments is managed by Google.

Advertising and Technical Information
The game uses Google AdMob for rewarded ads. Watching these ads is optional, and the reward is in-game virtual currency. The advertising service may process information—such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising IDs, app and device information, ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance data—even before you choose to watch an ad or while it is being prepared.

This information is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, troubleshoot technical issues, and—where permitted by your choices and applicable regulations—personalize ads. Simply not watching an ad does not mean all processing by the advertising service stops.

Where required, a message regarding consent and privacy choices is displayed via the Google User Messaging Platform. If the "Ad privacy choices" option appears in the game, you can use it to review your advertising preferences. Android's ad privacy settings may also allow you to limit or delete your advertising ID.

In-App Purchases
In-app purchase payments are processed via Google Play using Unity In-App Purchasing. To verify purchase validity, deliver virtual currency, and prevent duplicate delivery, the game processes product information, receipts, and transaction IDs. A transaction delivery indicator is stored on the device.

We do not receive your full bank card number or payment PIN. Payment processing and record-keeping are subject to the policies and requirements of Google and the payment providers. The Unity IAP service may also process purchase-related data and technical device information in accordance with its own policy.

Unity Services
The game is built using the Unity engine. Active Unity services—including features for in-app purchases and usage analytics—may process technical device information, identifiers, IP addresses, and usage or purchase events to provide services, analyze performance, and prevent fraud. The scope of processing depends on the services active in the released version.

Sharing and Processing by Providers
Information required for the aforementioned features is processed by Google, Unity, and their associated providers. This processing may take place in countries other than your place of residence. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or if necessary to address fraud and protect user rights.

Local data remains on the device until you clear the app data via device settings or the data is removed upon uninstalling the app (depending on operating system behavior). Clearing data may result in the loss of progress, virtual currency, and local purchase records. Operating system backups may persist separately or restore data upon reinstallation.

Deleting local data does not remove Google payment records or information held by service providers. Retention periods and deletion request procedures for such data are governed by the respective provider's policy and applicable legal requirements.

Security
We employ security measures appropriate to the type of information under our control. The security of data processed by service providers is subject to their respective mechanisms. No method of data storage or transmission guarantees absolute security.
